A taste of the country… in the city…

The inspiration for the “Purple Penguin Cafe” came from many visits to the St. Jacobs Farmers market in southwestern Ontario. We always enjoy sharing this experience with my family and friends, so now the Purple Penguin will bring this experience to Leslieville.

Leslieville’s legendary apple fritters and favourite panini, your neighbourhood cafe at Queen and Logan.
Walking into the cafe, you will smell made-to-order apple fritters, coffee from local roasters, delicious panini and Montreal style bagels, soups and freshly baked goods. Please come on by and enjoy all their flavourful food.
