Valley Fields is owned and operated by Steve Acheneftos. With over 40 years in the food business, Steve knows his way around a kitchen. He treats his customers as his very own family, after all, it’s part of the “Greek hospitality” culture he is a part of.

Steve prides himself on his breakfast and lunch dishes that add a true Mediterranean flair. From the Halloumi breakfast to the souvlaki entrees, Steve and his staff love to please their customers!
