Nonnas Croquettes

My Grandma’s secret recipe, handed down to my mom and then me and now my children and to you.

Our family’s recipe of Rice Croquette is a combination of these 2 towns’ distinct recipes merged together in marriage, literally. My dad preferred them cheesy, large round balls. My mom preferred them as croquettes and yes cheesy but not too much, and covered in a soft layer of bread crumbs.

As anyone who loves to cook will tell you fresh ingredients as well as cooking with love is key. We only use the freshest of ingredients, without preservatives to create our sauces and rice croquette. Using only the freshest of ingredients is what makes our sauces and croquettes so deliciously, enhancing the taste of every bite.
