Famous for soft and delicious idlis, The Nilgiris has been serving authentic South Indian food since 2001. It was the dream of Balu and Jeyanthi to bring the taste of Tamilnadu to Canada and give people the opportunity to taste the food they grew up eating. We started as a humble take-out and catering facility till November 2007 after which we decided to open doors to our full-service restaurant. Our specialties include all varieties of dosa, idly, uthappam, biryani, Thali, sweets, and snacks and provide Dosa Parties.
