I speak from personal experience having been a volunteer in the kitchen at the Good Shepherd Ministries. They work miracles to feed the neighborhood and haven’t stopped since the pandemic has hit. While the open concept kitchen is closed, a mix of volunteers and workers safely distribute hundreds of meals every day between 2-4 pm. Good Shepherd also provides shelter in place for 97 individuals.
