The Thamel Express is an Indian, Nepali and Indo-Chinese Hakka restaurant located at 1215 Ellesmere Road in Scarborough, minutes from Scarborough Town Centre.

Our menu brings three food traditions together in one welcoming destination. Guests can enjoy hand-folded Nepali momo, including steam, fried, jhol, chilli and tandoori varieties; popular Hakka dishes such as chilli chicken, Manchurian, chow mein and fried rice; and Indian favourites including tandoori grills, butter chicken, curries, biryani and freshly tandoor baked naan.
