“We began to focus on the research and development of how to make Japanese vegetarian dishes in 2011. Many different plant-based ingredients are used to enhance the color, aroma, and taste of the dishes. Now, in 2020, we strive to serve authentic vegan Japanese cuisine and also added Thai fusion vegan dishes to our menu to provide more choices. It is our goal to make it easier for people to transition into a vegan diet, which promotes environmental protection as well as our own health. One by one, we can all do our part to help the people, the earth, and the animals! “
