Welcome to Mother’s Dumplings, a cozy, welcoming café in the heart of Toronto’s Chinatown serving delicious Northern Chinese-style comfort food based on family recipes!

Our History
Mother’s Dumplings is a family-owned business founded by Zhen and Richard, using Zhen’s mother’s traditional home-made recipes from North Eastern China. The business first started on 79 Huron St, in a small basement location. Zhen started the restaurant in 2005, the restaurant has been serving the GTA for 17 years now, welcoming many returned and new customers daily.
