Monique Trini Cuisine

This is the beginning of something that I proudly started many years ago. By serving people close to me and starting very small, it has given me the chance to finely tune my handed down and homemade recipes of authentic Trini food. My experience goes back 25 years of being involved in the catering business. My passion for cooking runs deep and it comes through in the things I make for people. Specialties are Macaroni pie, Callaloo, Bakes, Jerk chicken, Potato salad, Coleslaw, and my offering of sauces, snacks, and seasonings.

This year is a tough one for so many reasons but I’ve used this rare opportunity of free time to launch my business. Monique’s Trini Cuisine offers catering of all kinds (when it’s safe to do so) and also will sell my authentic Trinidadian sauces, spices, and snacks.

I humbly hope you follow my story and maybe try one of my products. At the least, I’d love to make a fan and invite you to see what this Trini woman is cooking up.
