MiMi Foods Artistic Dough Products is a dough manufacturer with both BRC and HACCP certifications. We are unique in the sense that as well as being a wholesale manufacturer, and custom product formulator for industries such as food service, hospitality and grocery, we have recently opened a cash-N-carry retail store open to the public 6 days a week. Our product lines include ciabatta – flatbreads – focaccia – panuozzo breads – crokkia pizza crusts – 7 varieties of pizza dough balls – sheeted dough and now a gluten free line with frozen dough balls and parbaked pizza crusts.
