Back in the summer of 2016, while Sean Burgess was barbecuing a dinner consisting of Jamaican Jerk chicken and hot dogs for his family, a brilliant idea took shape. As the aroma of the sizzling meat filled the air, Sean’s entrepreneurial spirit sparked with curiosity. He couldn’t help but wonder if he could combine the bold flavors of Jamaican Jerk with the beloved Canadian classic, the hot dog.
Impressed by the mouthwatering fusion of flavors on his dinner plate, Sean decided to share his creation with his close friends and family. Fuelled by passion and a desire to take his creation to new heights, Sean embarked on an exciting culinary journey.
