Baptiste and Samy, the owners of Brick’N’Cheese. Both born and raised in France, the two have known each other since their teenage years and have always dreamt of starting something together and exploring the world. Two years ago, they arrived in Vancouver, Canada, and were charmed by the welcoming and multicultural communities and people. In April 2020, despite the onset of a global pandemic, the two messieurs took a leap of faith and opened Brick’N’Cheese. Zoom to today and now they have opened a new location in Toronto serving up a French-inspired street food spin on burritos/tacos they call bricks! Try them out.
