MEET BENNY
For those of you who don’t know me, I have had a passion for cooking since I was a child. From my grandfather having been involved in the hospitality industry to my parents taking me to some of the best restaurants in Toronto, I have always enjoyed trying new foods and expanding my palette.

From working in restaurant kitchens as a line cook to selling meat packages, the food industry has been my focus for the past 8+ years.

The most important thing that I want you to know is that I strive to use the highest quality ingredients when I cook – I never cook with any low-quality meats.
