Our goal is to serve innovative Canadian cuisine with entrees such as Spice Ash Crusted Rack of Deer, and a Game Burger made with Wild Boar, Bison, Deer; Pastas such as Pappardelle with Braised Rabbit, Buttered Leeks, Verjus Apricot Preserve and Parmesan Cheese; and appetizers like Wild Boar Lumpia, and Chanterelle Mushroom Tarte Tatin.

We celebrate the wild culinary delights of Canada by serving our cocktails using foraged ingredients, house-made nose to tail charcuterie platters, and on occasion, cook game meats over an open fire pit, in true rustic style. Wild food and foraged cocktails.
