Financial District BIA

Financial District BIA generally extends south from Queen Street and/or Richmond Street to below Front Street, and from Simcoe Street in the west to Yonge Street or Victoria Street in the east. The BIA represents Canada’s premier business center, an area that includes the head offices of the country’s five major banks and many prominent firms, as well as Union Station and the PATH pedestrian network. The BIA’s mandate is to promote economic development in the area by maintaining and improving public spaces, engaging in marketing initiatives, and ensuring the PATH underground network is well-maintained, integrated, and accessible.
